All Frogglez Goggles orders are shipped within 3 business days via the least expensive carrier available.
Please inspect your Frogglez order immediately upon receipt. If your order is incorrect or missing an item, email us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receipt. To expedite the resolution of the issue, include your order number as well as details of the problem. We will process a replacement shipment and if applicable provide return instructions as soon as possible.
Frogglez Goggles is NOT responsible for shipping issues due to customer error OR for items lost in transit. If the delivery service shows confirmation, a replacement order will not be shipped.
*Please be aware that due to worldwide shipping delays associated with the Covid-19 Pandemic some orders may take significantly longer than in past seasons. Please contact us to see if we have a locally based distributor in your country.
DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING
Frogglez Goggles is not responsible for damage incurred during shipping. Please refuse delivery if the shipping box is so visibly damaged that the contents couldn’t possibly be intact. All other packages, including those exhibiting minor or moderate “bumps & bruises” to the shipping box, should be opened and inspected upon receipt. If you believe your merchandise has been damaged in transit, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receipt and we will be happy to submit a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
