How do I take care of my FROGGLEZ?

Rinse your goggles and strap with clean water after each use. Let them air dry before storing them safely away. Never leave FROGGLEZ outside in the sun or heat, as that will shorten the life.

What is anti-fog coating?

All Frogglez goggles have a special anti-fog coating applied in the factory. It minimizes condensation and fog on the inside of the lenses, which could blur your view. Avoid touching the inside of the lenses. Anti-fog coating deteriorates over time, but touching the inside of the lenses will accelerate the deterioration. 

How do I know if the goggles have UV protection?

All Frogglez Goggles, regardless of lens color, have 100% UV protection. 

What are the black rings on my goggles?

All FROGGLEZ include a set of optional black extender rings. For smaller kids, set them aside and thread the Velcro strap directly through the goggles. As your child grows up, add the silicone extender to lengthen the strap. You can add and link as many silicone rings as you need to make them fit just right. Click here for instructions.

I lost my extender rings, how can I get more?

Email us with your home address and we'll send you a new pair at no charge!

My Frogglez seem like a different color than what I saw on the website.

We make every effort to display product colors as accurately as possible. Because computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your display will be accurate.

Can I send pictures of my kids, family or pets wearing Frogglez?

Of course, we love to see Frogglez on our customers and, with your permission, we would love to share on social media and/or our website. Tag our social accounts or email us at info@frogglezgoggles.com.if you'd like to share.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

When will my order arrive?

Frogglez Goggles orders are shipped within 3 business days of your order, but usually leaves the warehouse the day you order. Once the shipping company has it, it typically takes 3-5 days for standard delivery. We send an order confirmation upon purchase, and a shipment confirmation when it leaves the warehouse. We have experienced some shipping delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic that are out of our control. If your shipment is delayed, contact us and we’ll help you track the status of your order with the shipper. 

What is your return policy?

You have 60 days to change your mind and we’ll gladly accept returns for any unworn products in their original condition. If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us at info@frogglezgoggles.com and we will exchange or refund your purchase. 

How do I return or exchange an item?

Please be aware that the customer is responsible for paying for returns. We recommend a traceable carrier like UPS, USPS, or FedEx and keep a copy of the tracking number to track your return. All requests for refunds will be credited to the original form of payment less any original shipping fees, if any. 

What if I want to return an item after 60 days?

Please contact us before sending any returns so we can help.

How do you process exchanges?

We’ll exchange colors in the same style at no cost to you. If the goggles you return have a smaller value, we’ll refund the difference. If the new item costs more, we’ll charge you for the difference. We will notify you via email when your new item has shipped.

I got the wrong item, what should I do?

We apologize for our mistake. Email us at info@frogglezgoggles.com and we will fix the mistake at no cost to you.

My goggles arrived broken, what should I do?

It’s rare, but sometimes damage happens during shipping. Email us at info@frogglezgoggles.com and we will fix the mistake at no cost to you.
